Position: Usher – Fox Theatre
About: Amaze, Inspire, Unite. Event Staff are Ilitch Sports & Entertainment ambassadors providing all guests with a positive, lasting impression of the Fox Theatre by delivering a superior guest experience, including greeting, directing, assisting, and building relationships with guests, as well as all other Fox staff. This position serves as the front-line for public and private events.
Requirements: High school diploma and one to two years of customer service-related experience is required; Ability to speak clearly and concisely under pressure; Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Ability to write simple correspondence; Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other colleagues of the organization
