Position: Uno Mas – Food Server
About: The Grand Sierra is looking for energetic and customer service-minded individuals to join the Food and Beverage team at Uno Mas. The Food Server ensures guests are served with warmth, professionalism, and total satisfaction, adhering to Grand Sierra Resort standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous restaurant experience preferred; ability to deal tactfully with customers and co-workers; fluent in English for effective communication; at least 21 years old; flexible for occasional work outside normal hours; dedicated and respectful team player with excellent communication skills; able to meet job responsibilities effectively and collaborate with others
