Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in an office setting, including typing, filing, and managing records; proficiency in clerical functions with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness in all tasks; exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians; capability to coordinate multiple tasks, manage time efficiently, and solve problems effectively; must complete and maintain LA City Fire Card certification at the time of hire or within the first 30 days of employment
