Position: Unassigned Store Manager

The Manager Trainee position focuses on learning the duties of a Store Manager and developing the necessary skills for a leadership role within the company.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural-Science or Business related field preferred; Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred; Supervisory experience preferred; Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
