Position: Turf Club Host/Hostess (Seasonal Position)
About: The Turf Club is seeking a dedicated Turf Club Host/Hostess to ensure outstanding customer service at all times. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and requires a commitment to professionalism and respect in a hospitality setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and demeanor; ability to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive service; experience in the service industry or face-to-face customer service; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; must pass a criminal background investigation for a racing license
