Position: Tue-Go Specialist
About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a Tue-Go Specialist to provide fast and friendly service to Tue-Go guests and support all 3rd Party Delivery orders. The role involves handling phone calls, order packaging, and delivery with a sense of urgency, as well as guiding guests through menus and ensuring accurate processing of orders.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; flexibility for long hours; ability to stand frequently, lift up to 50 pounds, operate mobile payment devices, POS systems, and cell phones; physical agility for reaching overhead, handling beverages, bending, and communicating effectively; reliable transportation; minimum age requirement of 16 years old for alcohol service if applicable
