Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work flexible hours from 5:00 AM to midnight based on cafe hours; strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers and team members effectively; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and navigate in a fast-paced environment; multitasking and problem-solving skills to handle stressful conditions
