Position: Trip Manager, Trip Operations-Land & Cruise, Adventures & Expeditions
About: “Adventures by Disney” and “National Geographic Expeditions” offer immersive, guided travel experiences for families, friends, individuals, and couples to explore the world’s greatest destinations. “Adventures by Disney”, spanning two decades, offers over 40 guided-group adventures, including land, river, and expedition cruises, with Disney-trained Adventure Guides ensuring hassle-free, immersive vacations. “National Geographic Expeditions”, with a 135-year legacy, provides global access through Signature Land, Expedition Cruise, River Cruise, or Private Jet options, supporting the National Geographic Society’s exploration, research, and education efforts.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or project management, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry; Proficient in coordinating logistics and implementing plans effectively; Proactive problem-solving skills, adept at anticipating, identifying, and resolving issues; Self-motivated with a track record of efficiently managing multiple high-priority tasks in fast-paced environments; Exceptional administrative and organizational skills with consistency in meeting project deadlines with reliability; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, skilled in building partnerships and collaborating with others, effectively with partners at all levels; Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking capabilities and the ability to work autonomously on assigned projects; Experience in an office setting with a high proficiency in typing, and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and eager to master new software applications.
