Position: Triage Consultant
About: Pearl Interactive Network, a leading remote services provider, is seeking Remote Triage Consultants to join their team. The Triage Consultant I (TC I) role involves providing assistance, services, resources, referrals, and consultation on Non-Medical Counseling (NMC)/Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and work/life issues to military service members and their families. The TC I ensures professionalism in handling high-risk calls and maintains sensitivity, compassion, and respect for service members and their families.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field required; State Licensure preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT); minimum 1 year of post-graduate work experience; U.S. Citizenship required; experience in counseling, social work, and mental health services preferred; knowledge of mandated procedures for child or elder abuse situations; ability to type 50 wpm; strong MS Office skills
