Requirements: Superior customer service skills, with the ability to infuse personality, empathy, and enthusiasm into patient interactions; Dental business office experience; High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Excellent computer skills, Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus; Willingness to learn and grow; Desire to become part of a family-oriented team and support the mission of delivering the best patient experience possible.
