Position: Traveling Chef |Golf Tournaments
About: The Traveling Chef is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business, actively supervising, coaching, and mentoring employees to meet company quality standards while managing all aspects of employee relations. This role requires open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, and strong management abilities. The Traveling Chef is expected to fulfill all required shifts on support and work a variable event-driven schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred; technical proficiency and experience in food preparation methods; ability to interact positively with diverse personalities; skilled in training and developing staff; detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a changing environment; flexible schedule availability including nights and weekends; physical abilities to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks; Serve Safe certification; excellent communication skills; must maintain high concentration and ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
