Requirements: A High School Diploma or equivalent GED; Graduation from a state-approved and accredited licensed practical nurse/licensed vocational nurse program; 3+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Care, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, or ER; Current proficiency in Manual Vitals, EKGs, Blood Draws, and Venipuncture; Clear LPN/LVN license; Valid, current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license; BLS for Healthcare Provider certification; Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) to operate across the U.S.; Valid U.S. Driver’s License; Residency in a state that is in the nursing compact; Ability to pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
