Position: Trattoria Restaurant Barback
About: Trattoria Barnett celebrates the beautiful marriage between classic Italian recipes and the bright and mystifying flavors of the American South. Southern-inspired Italian meals and wine served in a soaring dining room with ornate decor. Trattoria is located in the Barnett Hotel and is the main kitchen for the property, located in the Warehouse District.
Requirements: 1. High School Degree; 2. Minimum 18 years of age; 3. US work authorization required; 4. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in verbal and written English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding; 5. Prioritize and organize work assignments, and have timely follow-up and execution; 6. Have superb time management skills; 7. Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features and hours of operation; 8. Previous hotel/resort experience preferred; 9. Sit, walk, and stand continuously; 10. Lift / carry 25lbs (frequently) and 50lbs (occasionally); 11. Bend, squat, crawl, and reach above shoulder level; 12. Use dominant hand coordination for simple grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine manipulation; 13. May be exposed to extreme temperatures, dust, dampness, height, and moving machinery
