Position: Trattoria Barnett Server
About: Trattoria Barnett celebrates the beautiful marriage between classic Italian recipes and the bright and mystifying flavors of the American South. The restaurant is located in the Barnett Hotel and is the main kitchen for the property, situated in the Warehouse District.
Requirements: Ability to satisfactorily communicate in verbal and written English with guests, management, and co-workers; prioritize and organize work assignments with timely follow-up; have superb time management skills; maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features and hours of operation; other language, mathematical, and reasoning abilities as outlined; ability to comply with physical demands; knowledge and understanding of HRI Culture and initiatives; ability to compute basic mathematical calculations; if applicable, must meet any required minimum age to serve alcohol; must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule; Minimum 2 years previous experience working as a server in a similar-sized restaurant; additional restaurant experience preferred; additional certifications (ServSafe, TiPS, etc.) preferred.
