Requirements: Must be conscientious, reliable, and exhibit a friendly and helpful attitude towards on-site management and residents; A valid Driver’s License and ability to operate a motor vehicle in Utah is required; Must be able to physically lift and transport up to 50 lbs. and able to work in indoor and outdoor environments during various weather conditions; Must be able to ascend or descend stairs and walk for prolonged periods of time; Must be at least 18 years old; Ability to speak, read and write in English; Possess a smartphone with an active data plan and location services enabled
