About: A Transportation Supervisor position is available at a company overseeing daily leadership and support to CDL-A associates in a dynamic transportation environment. The Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring safety, quality, customer service, and compliance with regulatory requirements within the department.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of transportation-related experience; supervisory experience with a team of 15+ associates; knowledge of DOT Rules & Regulations; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems such as VoCollect, Dayforce, WIMS; ability to lift up to 75lbs and operate facility equipment; strong communication and team-building skills; project management experience with KPIs/Metrics and continuous improvement projects; commitment to maintaining high standards of product handling
