Position: Transportation Supervisor
About: A transportation company is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Transportation Supervisor to manage and supervise the safety program for drivers and company equipment, ensuring compliance through training, audits, and inspections. The role involves overseeing training files and equipment maintenance to maintain regulatory standards.
Requirements: 2+ years’ experience maintaining Fleet DOT compliance; Working knowledge of FMCSA Department of Transportation Driver Regulations; Working knowledge of FMCSA equipment Maintenance/preventative Maintenance regulation; Minimum of one-year supervisory experience, strongly preferred; Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree and 2-4 years of transportation experience; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Driving experience preferred, but not required; Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
