Position: Transportation Manager / Coordinator

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; 3+ years of experience in event logistics, transportation management, or related field; Strong organizing and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work under pressure and handle complex logistical challenges; Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and route planning; Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Ability to work independently in a team atmosphere and cooperatively; Clear, concise written messages through memos, emails, and reports; Experience in a fast-paced challenging environment supporting multiple individuals across a varied portfolio of responsibilities; Strong strategic thinking and sport/business acumen with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results; Experience in remote work; Ability to deal with confidential company matters
