Position: Transportation Manager
About: US Foods is hiring for a Transportation Supervisor role, where the candidate will be responsible for leading and developing drivers and Transportation associates to maintain a safety-first culture and achieve department goals. This position involves overseeing driver performance, productivity, and engagement in alignment with US Foods values and regulatory requirements.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred; minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution required; minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required; experience as a driver a plus; broad knowledge of transportation/delivery operations, methods, and procedures; strong leadership, communication, and people development skills; strong understanding of DOT requirements; ability to interpret financial and operational data; basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office).
