Position: Transplant APP – AdventHealth Porter
About: AdventHealth Rocky Mountain region’s Transplant Institute at Porter is looking to hire a Full-Time APP to support clinical operations in the inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborating with transplant surgeons and physicians to deliver patient care.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a large hospital or clinical setting; Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills; Sound clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; Effective time-management skills in a high-stress environment; Ability to maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members; Initiative to stay updated on new developments in the specialty; Leadership qualities to advance transplantation practice; Computer skills and ability to work with multiple EMRs; Current BLS and ACLS certification; Current, valid State of Colorado license
