Position: Transit Pass Sales Representative
About: King County Metro Transit is a regional and national leader in providing sustainable transportation strategies and equitable regional mobility services for commuters, residents, and visitors of King County, Washington.
Requirements: At least two years of experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced production-oriented work environment; strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills; demonstrated interpersonal skills with diverse cultural backgrounds; proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems; ability to work with a high degree of accuracy including cash handling and data entry; experience working with diverse groups in a tactful and empathetic manner; dependable and reliable team player with excellent communication skills; punctual attendance; ability to receive instructions and feedback; familiarity with ORCA products, Salesforce CRM, and fluency in one of King County’s commonly used languages; physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs, set up equipment, and drive county vehicles; possession of a Washington State Driver’s License.
