Position: Training Coordinator / Production Coordinator Trainee

ARAUCO is growing in North America with innovative manufacturing and state-of-the-art facilities, emphasizing community impact and diversity, and is currently seeking a Training Coordinator for one of its North American Mills located in Albany, OR.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or continual work toward a degree strongly preferred; candidates without a degree should have a high school diploma and 4 or more years of relevant experience. Must have MS Office experience, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple assignments. Excellent communication skills and a mindset of continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.
