Position: Training and Performance Manager – Reservations
About: Join Team Atlantis at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, where the ideal Training and Performance Manager will play a key role in managing team member onboarding, training, monitoring, and coaching to uphold departmental key performance metrics and team member retention. This position reports to the Corporate Director of Hotel Revenue and collaborates closely with the Reservations Manager to ensure the quality standards of the Call Center team are maintained.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; proven track record of onboarding, training, and performance/coaching experience in a related environment; knowledge of administrative program operations; ability to develop plans and tracking tools for evaluation; proficiency in creating tracking tools at agent and department levels; strong presentation and communication skills; computer proficiency, knowledge of MS Office products; experience with HMS is a plus
