Position: Train Bar Supervisor, TD Garden
About: Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Supervisor to join the team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves assisting with bar operations, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining staff productivity, managing the bar’s budget, and upholding health and safety standards within the bar area.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of bartending experience required; minimum 18 years of age; minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred; ability to implement rules and direct employees; desire to satisfy guests’ needs in a fast-paced environment
