Position: Tower Suite Collection Manager
About: The guest Relations Manager at an upscale hotel in Boca Raton is the key liaison between the hotel and tower suite collection guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience. Requirements: Senior High School Diploma or equivalent; 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment; 2 years of Front Office or F&B or Butler leadership experience in a luxury hotel; strong command of Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud, Knowcross is a plus; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to lead and motivate a team; attention to detail; superior problem-solving skills; fluent in English and one other language.
