Position: Total Rewards Coordinator
About: Exertis | JAM, a leading distributor of consumer electronic goods, pro-audio equipment, and musical instruments since 1972, is seeking a Total Rewards Coordinator to join their Total Rewards division. Based in Philadelphia, PA, Southaven, MS, or Berlin, CT, this role offers a hybrid work schedule of Monday to Friday, with 3 days in the office. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Proven experience administering company benefits programs in both Canada and the U.S., including new hire enrollments, open enrollment, invoice reconciliation, and managing health, wellness, and retirement plans; Experience with HRIS systems (Ceridian Dayforce is an asset); Strong customer service orientation; Proficient in data management, including recording, analysis, and reporting; Trustworthy and highly committed to maintaining confidentiality; Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail; Strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
