Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 8+ years of experience in Compensation/Total Rewards, with a proven track record in a similar role; experience supporting digital and technology teams; strong ability to collaborate with various departments, including HR, Design, and Local HR; experience leading large-scale and/or global projects and managing complex initiatives; proactive leadership with high accountability and a strong sense of urgency; excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt and deliver TR training and education; strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity; experience with MarketPay, eIPE, and Oracle is a plus
