Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience as a cook, or equivalent combination of education and food preparation experience. Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred; Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, move about the kitchen, handle food and utensils, and perform physical tasks like bending and stooping; Excellent communication, mathematical, and reading/writing skills; Alcohol awareness certification or food service permit required; Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
