Position: ToGo Server
About: The customer experience is very important to us – they’re why we keep doing what we’re doing. At Goode Company the Togo Server is key to making that happen. You understand the fine balance of service and help provide exceptional service to our customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner. The Togo Server will delivery memorable Texas sized dining experience to our guest. Our Togo Servers always has an upbeat energy, hospitality driven, and attention to detail. The Togo Server will provide a consistent quality guest experience. Our Togo Servers are polite and friendly to guests, and co-workers alike, and understand the importance of maintaining Goode Company’s high sanitation standards.
Requirements: Must be 18 years or older; TABC and Texas Food Handler Certified; 1-year high-volume experience; Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills; Punctual and reliable attendance; Well-groomed and professionally dressed; An appreciation for detail, and a passion for hospitality; Able to work in a standing and moving position for extended periods of time; Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
