Position: To Go Specialist
About: Olive Garden is looking for a dedicated To Go Specialist to join their family-oriented team. The position involves ensuring the convenience and safety of guests picking up food to-go, maintaining quality service whether in-restaurant or curbside, and building customer loyalty through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong sense of urgency and customer service skills; extensive menu knowledge and ability to make recommendations; punctuality and accuracy in order fulfillment
