About: Olive Garden is looking for a dedicated To Go Specialist to join their family-oriented team. As a To Go Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner, whether for pick-up in the restaurant or curbside.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a customer service role preferred; strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; exceptional knowledge of menu items and recommendations; commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards
