Position: Ticketing Services Coordinator
About: The Ticketing Services Coordinator assists in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Office, assists in building shows in designated professional ticketing software, assists in managing the selling of tickets, reconciling all ticket sales, and managing Ticket Office staff. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; minimum of three (3) years of related experience or equivalent combinations of education and experience; accounting, customer service, and supervisory experience is essential; experience working with professional ticketing software, Ticketmaster experience is preferred. Must have excellent communication (oral and written), problem-solving, and organization skills; knowledge of accounting and financial procedures, including record-keeping and reconciliation; demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member; professional attitude and appearance; ability to work flexible hours based on events, including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.
