Position: Ticketing Operations Manager
About: The Ticketing Operations Manager at a marketing, sales, and ticketing company reports directly to the Director of Ticketing Operations and is responsible for event building, Account Manager management, reporting, pricing, and other administrative tasks. This role involves working with various ticketing systems and collaborating closely with internal offices and departments for successful event operations and sales.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; ticketing system experience required, Ticketmaster strongly preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must; outstanding accuracy; data entry experience required; good analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and knowledge of database programs; familiarization with Google Documents and Sheets; ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule when required
