Position: Ticket Sales Account Executive
About: The Massachusetts Pirates are a professional football team who play in the Indoor Football League. Going into their 7th year as an organization, the Massachusetts Pirates have reached the playoffs every season and won the IFL Championship in 2021. The team plays during the spring/summer and is looking to add to their championship organization.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably with a concentration in Sport Management); 1 year of relevant sales experience preferred (especially in the sport industry); Strong interpersonal skills; Strong communication and customer service skills; Comfort with making outbound phone calls in a professional and friendly manner; Strong work ethic, positive attitude and desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Organized, detail-oriented; Creative thinker; Ability to interact successfully with groups from diverse backgrounds; Ability to manage projects from start to finish; Passion for creating memorable experiences for people; Must be 19 years old or above
