Position: Ticket Partnership Manager
About: The Chattanooga Lookouts are hiring for a Ticket Partnership Manager to join their front office team. This full-time position focuses on selling a full menu of ticket inventory, with an emphasis on group sales, and offers benefits. The role includes renewing, prospecting, selling, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The Ticket Partnership Manager will also support marketing and promotional projects around the ballpark and in the community, and may occasionally be required to be the team mascot. Applicants should be self-motivated team players with strong analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills, capable of working effectively in a high-volume sales environment, communicating clearly, resolving guest conflicts, being goal-oriented, quick learners, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
