About: The Fox Theatre in Atlanta is one of the city’s premier venues for live entertainment, hosting over 250 performances annually. From rock concerts to Broadway shows, ballets, comedy, and movies, the historic theatre attracts more than 500,000 visitors each year. It also serves as a venue for numerous private events in its luxurious ballrooms and terraces. The Fox Theatre is a nonprofit arts organization that strives to maintain its status as a national landmark and a highly esteemed theater in a collaboration with various partners.
Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; Previous experience working in a ticketing environment is preferred; Must have a working knowledge of computers and cash handling; Should have experience working in a customer service-oriented environment; Must have strong oral communication, customer service, and professionalism skills; Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and traverse the Ticket Office; Must be available to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Successful applicants must pass a drug screening and background check.
