About: Threefold Cafe’s flagship location is in Coral Gables but it has another one in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. This brunch cafe concept is owned by an Aussie duo who wanted to bring Melborubne’s cafe scene to South Florida.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Head Chef or similar; leadership, communication and kitchen management skills; culinary science degree or equivalent certification; health and safety training credentials
