Position: THOMPSON CHEF DE CUISINE

It offers 193 chic guestrooms, a restaurant inspired by the bounty of the Georgia coast, a rooftop bar with panoramic views, a pool deck with private cabanas, a fitness center, and flexible function space for meetings and events.

Requirements: In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations; strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills; experience with training, basic financial management, and customer service; proficient in general computer knowledge; true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment; capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner; culinary education and/or on-the-job training, independent restaurant experience preferred; geographic and schedule flexibility preferred
