Position: Third Cook/Special Order Cook

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of one year of cooking experience as Cook’s Helper in a high-volume health care institution or commercial establishment; ability to read, write and speak English; knowledgeable in portion control, forecasting procedures, and ingredients; capable of following recipes and adjusting yields; familiarity with HACCP standards; understanding of food presentation and service; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
