Position: Third Cook
About: Ecco at HMSHost, located in Concourse F at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, offers an exciting opportunity for a Third Cook. The role involves food production, preparation, presentation, and maintaining high-quality food service standards. The Third Cook will work across various food stations, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to all operational guidelines.
Requirements: Requires 1-2 years of culinary experience; experience in a high volume casual dining restaurant preferred; introductory level food knowledge; basic knife cutting skills; fundamentals of dry and moist cooking methods; food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards; working knowledge of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, oven, and slicer; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; good communication and customer service skills; ability to lift and/or move 40 lbs; professional appearance and demeanor required; must be able to stand for extended periods and work in hot environments.
