Position: Third Cook
About: Carrabba’s, HMSHost at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, is seeking a Third Cook to join their team. The role involves food production, preparation, and presentation, ensuring high-quality service to customers. The position reports to the Manager, Assistant Manager, or Operations Director, depending on local requirements.
Requirements: Requires 1-2 years of culinary experience; experience in a high-volume casual dining restaurant preferred; basic knife cutting skills; knowledge of HACCP standards; familiarity with kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, oven, and slicer; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; good communication and customer service skills; ability to lift and move 40 lbs; willingness to adapt to new menu items and cooking techniques; ability to work under time constraints and handle heavy volume tasks.
