Position: Theatre Operations Manager

About: The Paramount Theatre is seeking a dedicated and experienced Theatre Operations Manager to oversee all events and facility management functions at the theatre. The Theatre Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of events while upholding the theatre’s promise of providing the best show in town. This position requires a commitment to Paramount Theatre values and mentorship of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Theatre Operations Management, Events Management, or Facilities Management AND a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in performing arts operations, preferably in technical theater production management or events management in a professional performing arts facility. Possess or obtain Trained Crowd Manager certification within three months of hire.
