Position: Theatre Cafe Hosts & Bussers
About: Bear Tooth Cafe is currently seeking front-of-house support staff to join their team. The cafe prioritizes excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, requiring morning and weekend availability from all team members.
Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card; Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; On-the-job tools and training provided; Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks; Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions; Lift and carry 30+ lbs; Communicate professionally and effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments; Organization and prioritization skills; Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina; Ability to bend, move quickly around the restaurant, and stop and wipe frequently; Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
