About: The Wildbirch Hotel, located in downtown Anchorage, is seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead a team in providing a unique and authentic Alaska adventure experience for guests. The role involves overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and community engagement in a design-forward and adventure-centric property.
Requirements: Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in managing hotel operations; exceptional customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operation
