Position: “The Smoky Note” General Manager (Nob Hill)
About: Come deliver refined experiences at The Smoky Note, a modern cocktail lounge located in Nob Hill, Albuquerque, NM, under the Heritage Restaurant Group Company, dedicated to preserving and advancing the cultural heritages of New Mexico.
Requirements: Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in an upscale cocktail lounge, fine dining restaurant, or hospitality establishment is required; strong leadership and team management skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively; extensive knowledge of cocktail lounge operations, including mixology and beverage programs; understanding of local alcohol regulations and compliance; problem-solving and decision-making abilities; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
