About: Built in 1922, The Moore Miami is a historic landmark building located in the Miami Design District. Its flagship restaurant, Elastika, is led by Michelin-starred Chef Joe Anthony and offers modern American cuisine.
Requirements: Prior experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant with at least two years in management; knowledge of luxury hospitality best practices, wine pairings and fine dining; communication and organizational skills; schedule flexibility; ability to lift up to 40 pounds
