Position: TGI Friday’s – Host
About: TGI Fridays is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Hostess to create a positive first impression for guests, ensure excellent dining experiences, and bid farewell to guests as they leave the restaurant. Key responsibilities include warmly greeting and seating guests, informing them of promotions, managing guest flow, and attending to special requests. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to uphold service standards effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Must be able to carry natural conversations with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive; Must be able to read menus and articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests; Must be able to communicate guests’ needs clearly to coworkers; Must be able to work in a loud environment, walk and stand for entire shift, bend, stoop, and carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs)
