Position: TGI Friday’s – Bartender
About: TGI Fridays is looking for a Bartender to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to Guests of the bar and service bar following standard recipes and the company’s policies. The ideal candidate will merchandise drinks, be attentive to Guests, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Requirements: Must be neatly dressed and well groomed in company approved dress code; able to mix drinks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high volume environment; follow standards of Responsible Service of Alcohol; meet local jurisdiction requirements, including obtaining required certifications; operate POS system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions; calmly respond to angry Guests and notify a Manager; pass initial and annual validation; respond clearly to Guests’ requests; frequently lift 30 lb. cases, carry short distances up or down stairs; stand during entire shift; reach, bend, stoop, shake, stir, and wipe; hear well amongst loud background noise; frequently immerse hands in hot water (every 5 minutes).
