Position: Test Kitchen Manager
About: The Test Kitchen Manager role at CKE is crucial in supporting culinary projects to develop, optimize, and maintain new or existing products, processes, and packaging. This position plays an essential role in Culinary Innovation by ensuring the efficiency of daily kitchen operations and validating products and equipment for restaurant use.
Requirements: Approximately two (2) years of experience demonstrating knowledge of restaurant equipment, food product research and development, or related field; BS in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a similar scientific field preferred; Knowledge of product evaluation and food handling procedures; Understanding of experimental designs, data collection and analysis, and Excel formulation and graphing skills; Restaurant experience preferred; Excellent planning, prioritizing, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality work; Effective written and oral communication skills; Proficient technical and analytical abilities; Ability to execute clear and concise projects and reports
