Position: Territory Sales Representative

Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Experience: Minimum of one year in industrial/manufacturing B2B sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and new business development. Internships will be considered; Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage sales pipelines, analyze market trends, and report effectively; Sales Mindset: A high-energy, self-motivated individual who thrives in an autonomous role and is eager to build a thriving territory; Communication & Negotiation: Strong ability to persuade, close deals, and maintain lasting customer relationships; Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50-60%.
